Global IPv6 Adoption Rates

Google tracks the availability of IPv6 connectivity amongst its users and regularly updates the results on this landing page, which contains a typically user-friendly (and very cool) world map showing per-country IPv6 adoption rates. Google can only track rates amongst its own users, of course, but that still provides a large and representative cross-section.
